Server and Network Administration around the Clock
All customers are able to access our Mainlab Customer Service Center (CSC) any time in order to administrate their IT equipment.
Overview of the most frequented sections of the CSC:
- Traffic Accounting
View all data transfered to and from your IT system.
- Remote Services - Server Reset
Submit your server reset request via online form. The IT system will be rebooted by a data
center technician in turn.
- Remote Services - Intelligent Hands Services
This tool allows you to request further remote services than mere server resets. These first level
(intelligent hand) services will be carried out by data center technicians on
site.
