Our service packages for various units of rackspace within 19" racks are available at the following locations: FRA 1 - Lyoner Str, Frankfurt (DE) or FRA 4 - Kleyerstr, Frankfurt (DE). For all other locations, please contact us.

All colocation main services are ready to be combined with multiple managed services. As a unique feature, we offer a wide range of supplementary managed services through our own technical personnel on site, already located behind the security barriers within the FRA1 data center compound.

Required units

The number of units you actually need within a rack results form the dimensions of your server equipment. Our standard racks measure: 60 x 90 x 210 centimeters (width, depth, height).

Rack shelves or server rails?

We presume that your servers are screwable at four points (two in the front, two in the back). In cases where this cannot be achieved even by using server rails, a rack shelf is compulsory to ensure a secure operation of your equipment at all times.
