24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year:
Data Center Access

The customer may access the data center 24x7x365 according to the security provisions per data center site. Valid passports must be carried along at all times during the visit. Driving licences are not accepted as identification papers.

Each customer is permanently authorized to access his IT equipment at the respective data center location(s) any time (24/7/365) to conduct hardware maintenance or installation works, software updates, or removals of equipment (etc.). Permanent attendees must adhere to the security provisions at a single site at all times.

Rent-a-Server customers will be granted access only for on-site maintenance works (i.e. software updates), while no rented hardware must be opened or removed from a data floor without prior permission by Mainlab.

Instructions of Mainlab and data center personnel are strictly binding.
