24x7: Remote Services (First & Second Level Support)
Remote Services (Remote Hands, Intelligent Hands)
Technicians of the data-centre are available 24 / 7 / 365 to enable rapid deployment of your kit, or help you sort out anything from a simple tape rotation to a complex problem affecting hardware or software from all major vendors. A certain number of minutes every day or month is included in each service agreement (see Service Details – Appendix 1). Non-inclusive services are charged according to the current price list (published on www.rackbase.de).
Availability, Initiation of Remote Services
Remote Services are available around the clock at 7 days per week.
Remote services by technical personnel of the data center can be bindingly initiated via the Mainlab CSC - Customer Service Center. Unless inclusive per day or month, all extra costs will be charged according to the pricelist published on rackbase.de at the time the costs were generated.
